Playname : Pick and Roll Drill

1 In frame 1 and 2 we see the point with the ball.She wants to dribble around her defender,so the 2 sets the screen and the 1 runs past both players for a shot.Timimg is important,screen needs to be set just in time for the 1 to arrive in front of defender so she can cut around.

2 Now that you have the idea of a simple pick and roll,be creative,make your own pick and roll drills and plays.It`s the theory that we need to put into practice at all times on offense.Make sure all your players know it.

3 In frame 3 and 4 you can try this.The diagram is just a example of what a few screens will do when done at the right time.

4 Of course we know it dosen`t allways work out like this.lol
